Open Days 2008
If you have any ideas for buildings that ought to be included in Heritage Open Days in Chester in 2008, please email admin@chestercivictrust.org.uk.
In the meantime, here is what we did in 2007:
Chester and its surrounding District opened its doors to show off its hidden architectural treasures to residents and visitors free of charge on Thursday 6 to Sunday 9 September 2007.
Organized jointly by the by the Chester Civic Trust, Chester City Council History and Heritage, and Tarvin Civic Trust, the activities formed part of Heritage Open Days 2006, a national event coordinated by the Civic Trust and part of a European wide initiative, European Heritage Days.
For a full programme of open buildings, guided walks and events, use this link to access full information on the Chester City Council website, mid July 2007 onwards.
