Notice is hereby given that this year’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 6th October 2011 at 7.30 pm in The St Mary’s Centre.
Agenda
1 To receive apologies for absence.
2 To confirm the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 30th September 2010.
3 To receive and adopt the Annual Report.
4 To receive and adopt the Treasurer’s Statement of Accounts for the year ending
31 March 2011.
5 To elect Officers for the ensuing year.
6 To elect Council Members for the ensuing year.
7 To appoint the independent examiner.
8 Any Other Business applicable to an Annual General Meeting.
At the conclusion of the formal business there will a break for refreshments after which there will be a talk by a speaker and a subject yet to be chosen.
