Gift Aid 
I confirm that I would like all subscriptions/donations I make from the date of this declaration, until I notify you otherwise, to qualify under the Gift Aid scheme.

This declaration will enable the Chester Civic Trust to reclaim, tax on your subscription. For this to be done, you must pay an amount of Income Tax or Capital Gains Tax at least equal to the tax that the Trust reclaims on your donations for the tax year (currently 28p for every £1 you give).  This declaration is not appropriate for corporate members.
